COLORFUL CRYSTALS TOUR:
Family-oriented collecting tour, where we will blast the locality while you watch (from a safe distance, of course.)  Fresh blasting ensures abundant crystals.  Fluorite crystals are so abundant on these tours that you will be standing on specimens as you collect others.  Kids will love the abundance of sparkly quartz geodes in gemmy green fluorite. Depart Grand Forks at 9 a.m., return by 4 p.m. Access to all zones.

Trips start Friday in Chilliwack,  end Sunday in Grand Forks. On day 1 we collect fossils and agates, build edible earth models, and stay in Osoyoos.  Day two we learn the secrets of gold prospectors, pan for gold and garnets, collect pretty copper minerals, and stay near Greenwood.
